Better Business Planning for Funding: Online, No-Cost Lunch and Learn

During this engaging, no-cost webinar, you'll learn how to create a focused, clear, and actionable business plan to assist you in growing and funding your business. We'll share simple tips and tools to update your existing plan or create a new one, while demystifying the process, for the founders, funders, and other stakeholders. Some of the tools include the use of artificial intelligence/AI, the LivePlan cloud-based program (free for SBDC clients), and others. In addition, you'll learn how to work with a confidential, no-cost SBDC business counselor to create and hone your plan.

Speaker(s): Sue Oliver is Director of Innovation and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Pima Community College. She has over 25 years’ experience in launching and growing business ventures with expertise in finance, marketing, business planning, innovation, and access to funding. Her experience includes startups, scaling businesses, main street businesses, multinationals, and nonprofits in a wide variety of industries. She holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance, as well as professional certifications in project management, agile/scrum, business incubation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
