Program Objective: Learn how to create actionable goals to support growth in your business and/or to add to your business plan.

- Write SMART goals that align with your vision and business plan.
- Break big ideas into practical, step‑by‑step action items.
- Identify short‑term priorities 30-90 day priorities and resources to move your business forward with confidence.
Business owners and new entrepreneurs that have started but would like to get a strong plan of action to grow their business. This is a great workshop for learning how to write SMART goals and create action steps.
