This week will cover Courses 3 and 4. Focusing on the purpose and relevance of using a business plan throughout the life of your business. It is a living, breathing tool, not a ‘one and done’.

- Explore some ways it can guide your decision-making process
- You will learn about the DreamBuilder business plan tool and how to use it effectively
- You will learn about additional tools and resources available for your business plan
- You will identify the type of business you will start or grow: a product-based business, a service-based business, or a combined product and service-based business
- You will be guided through all of the steps and activities that are required to make your product or deliver your service
For business owners that need a strategic plan in growing their business. Entrepreneurs just starting out and want to make sure they are doing it right!
Facilitator Bio: CJ Johnson, Program Supervisor and Facilitator CJ has been with the Maricopa SBDC for 7 years and previously worked over 20 years as a Commercial Lender, wherein she helped small businesses, by providing them with SBA and traditional loans and lines of credit. As your facilitator CJ will also bring in other subject matter experts each week who will expand on what you are learning.
